Modify or Cancel Your Reservation
You may cancel up to 30 days before the start of your reservation without penalty. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, you will be charged one night’s stay, per reserved room.
Please note: Only reservations out of the cancelation policy can be modified online. Any reservations within the 30 days must be called into the hotel.
Click the three-line menu icon to open the menu options.
Select ROOMS from the list.
On our Accommodations Page, click on MODIFY RESERVATION.
Enter the email address you used when making the reservation, and confirmation number. Click CONTINUE.
Click MANAGE MY BOOKING.
"What would you like to do?" screen will appear.
Select "Change Dates" and input the new dates and amount of nights needed.
Click CONTINUE.
Click VIEW RATE on the room type you are looking for.
Rates will appear. Select the rate that correlates with your Military ID.
Pick your preferences. Click CONTINUE.
Input your information and payment details. Click CONTINUE.
CONGRATULATIONS!
Your updated reservations will appear with the confirmed changes.
