How to be placed on the Waitlist
We appreciate you wanting to stay at the Hale Koa Hotel, so simply follow the instructions below to be placed on the waitlist.
After clicking the button below, a pop-up window will notify you that you'll be directed to another website. Click CONTINUE
In the drop down window beneath ‘Submit a request’ select Hotel Room Requests
Fill in ALL blank boxes
and beneath Reservation Type select Waitlist Request
Description Box: Add any comment or information (names of guests in your room/group, special requests, celebration, etc.)
Continue filling in ALL blank boxes,
then click Submit
An email will be sent to you confirming that you have been placed on the waitlist.
