COMMITMENT TO CLEANLINESS
We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking additional steps to ensure the safety of both staff and guests. On a daily basis, the Armed Forces Recreation Centers (AFRCs) around the world are working to ensure that they meet the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning. Our resort’s health and safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19, and include everything from handwashing hygiene and cleaning product specifications to guest room and common area cleaning procedures.
Guests will be asked to bring their own masks to be worn at all times in common areas and to observe physically distancing guidelines.
Common Areas: We’ve increased cleaning in high-traffic areas such as public elevators, handrails, benches, tables, handles, restrooms and more.
Housekeeping: Prior to your arrival, your room will undergo thorough cleaning—with attention to high-touch areas, like TV remotes and door handles.
And during your stay, your room will receive a light cleaning service daily and linen changed every 6th, day.
Our Reservations Policy: We understand that guests' upcoming stays may be impacted by concerns and travel restrictions related to coronavirus (COVID-19). In an effort to assist, cancellation fees may be waived up to 24 hours prior to arrival. *Some exclusions may apply. If your reservation is within the next 10 days and you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please email the reservation office at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Events and Operations: AFRCs will follow all local and military public health guidance for operations protocols and for events, consistent with the current Health Protection Condition (HPCON) level.
