COVID19 Response

The Hale Koa Hotel is open with modified services. 

• If you exhibit symptoms consistent with COVID-19, contact your physician and your supervisor.

• If you are identified as a close contact of a lab confirmed COVID-19 positive individual contact your physician and your supervisor.

• If you submit for a COVID-19 test, please immediately contact your supervisor.

• If an individual who lives within your home submits to a COVID-19 test, immediately contact your supervisor.

• If an individual who lives within your home is lab confirmed positive for COVID-19, immediately contact your physician and supervisor.

• If you are sick, do not report to duty. Immediately contact your supervisor. If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, please immediately report such to your supervisor. The Hale Koa Hotel will not discipline employees for use of sick leave.

• Please continue to wear your face covering, maintain social distance, and wash your hands regularly for at least 20 seconds.
