All attendees must have a ticket to enter. The Hale Koa Hotel is an Army facility, a valid Active/Retired US Military/DOD ID is required for admission.
Admission is complimentary for children age 4 and under who do not require a meal. To obtain a complimentary ticket for your child, please contact our Activities line at (808) 955-0555. For children aged 5-11 requiring a meal, please purchase a Child 5-11 ticket.
For guests requiring additional wheelchair accessibility seating, please call our Activities Line on the same day of making your reservation at (808) 955-0555.
All tables are set for 8 seats each, however if you have a party of up to 10, simply give us a call and we'll arrange to add the extra seats to your table.
Driving into Waikiki for the event? Just show us your parking ticket and a validation will be provided at the check-in table, offering a discounted rate of $8.
