The POiNT Health Club boasts a wide variety of state-of-the-art fitness equipment, weight machines, cardiovascular equipment, a Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, as well as daily outdoor activities. Our extensive schedule includes something for all ages and levels of experience - from veteran athlete to enthusiastic novice.

Outdoors, try out our scenic jogging path, lighted tennis courts, oceanside handball and sand volleyball courts. Health club users also have access to the adults-only Maile Pool.

Basic Membership Benefits

Personal Trainer Services

Maximize the time you spend working out by partnering with a personal trainer! From motivation to proper form and technique, a personal trainer can help you reach your fitness goals faster and smarter. Training services can be scheduled by calling The POiNT Health Club at 808-955-9155.

Training Sessions
$20.00

A one-on one workout with a highly-qualified personal trainer. Sessions are $20.00 each. Ask about a multi-session discount.

Starting Point: Customized Program & Training Session
$35.00

A brief question and answer session allows your trainer to create a customized program and lead you through it. If you have never worked with a personal trainer before, Starting Point is a great introduction.

Fitness Assessment
$35.00

Allow a personal trainer to compile a detailed health history and create a client specific program especially for you. Learn your resting heart rate, weight, height, body composition and blood pressure. See results of simple dynamic strength, flexibility and cardiovascular tests. In addition, your trainer will design a workout program to suit your needs.

Massage & Body Spa Services
Due to high demand, please schedule appointments in advance for all massage services (72-hour notice is appreciated). Reserved appointments require a two-hour rescheduling/cancellation notice or you will be billed for half the cost of the scheduled service. Please state your preference for a male or female therapist when making your appointment. Massage therapists are available for appointments in the health club and/or poolside services. Reservations can be made by calling The POiNT Health Club at 808-955-9155.

A Swedish massage from head to toe (Aromatherapy available).

One Half-Hour Treatment - $40.00
A specific region of your choice: neck, shoulders, and lower back or hands, feet and scalp massage.

The Ultimate in Relaxation - $90.00
A ninety minute massage with concentration on a specific body region and full body massage including reflexology on the hands and feet.
(Prenatal Massage also available.)

Facials
Deep Cleansing Aromatherapy - $60.00
Includes steam, cleansing and masque, followed by hand, shoulder, neck and scalp massage.

Vitamin C Facial - $90.00
This ninety-minute, European-style facial treatment combines a high concentration of Vitamin C with the latest formulation of pure plant and flower essences. This specialty mask minimizes fine lines, strengthens skin elasticity and counteracts photo aging providing an astonishing youthful appearance.

Deluxe Spa Facial - $90.00
This signature facial is customized for all skin types. The ninety-minute treatment includes steam cleansing, a gentle exfoliation, deep cleansing mask plus an additional mask customized to hydrate, detoxify or enrich with minerals from the sea. A hand treatment as well as face, shoulder and neck massage add the finishing touch.

(For men and women) Your skin will have a Hawaiian glow after a one-hour full body massage and a full hour deep cleansing facial.

Spa Skin Treatment - $100.00*
Sea salt rejuvenating body scrub, algae body wrap and aromatherapy scalp massage. Between 1 & 1-1/2 hours.

Deluxe Spa Package - $185.00*
Includes a full hour massage, mini facial, sea salt rejuvenator, detoxifying algae wrap and scalp massage with aromatherapy oils. Between 2 &2-1/2 hours.
