All of the Hale Koa Hotel’s 817 guest rooms are very similar, of generally the same size and offering the same amenities, and differing primarily in the type of view from the room. Most offer private lanais with inspiring views of the Pacific Ocean, our lush gardens, or the majestic beauty of the Ko'olau Mountains.

For more than two occupants, add $15 per person to rate.
Room rate will be based on rank of highest-ranking occupant.
Children under 12 are free in parents' room. Maximum 4 persons sharing 2 beds only. Rollaways or cots are not allowed.
Cribs are available at no charge upon availability.
Room reservations will not be accepted more than 365 days in advance of arrival date of requested stay.
To ensure equitable use of the hotel, guest may not stay more than 30 days or register again within the following consecutive 90-day period.
Pets are not permitted.
All Guestrooms are designated as Non-Smoking.

While we attempt to accommodate your special request, reservations are confirmed by room type and not by specific location. Special requests (e.g. tower preference, bed types, connecting or adjoining rooms,) are given every consideration possible; however, we cannot guarantee being able to fulfill these requests.

Early Departure Fee: After Check-In, if departure date changes, a one night's charge will be incurred.

If you are holding reservations which include dates both before and after October 1, you will be paying the current rate through September 30 and the new rate beginning October 1.

As a reminder, check-in on the day of your arrival cannot be assured until 3p.m.

If you need more than one additional room, or a room is not available during the time you wish to visit, please ask our Reservations Department about our Referral Hotel Program. Through this program, you may book rooms at nearby referral hotels-- very nice properties within walking distance of the Hale Koa, with specially negotiated rates for our referred guests. And, with proper military ID, referral guests may enjoy all of the Hale Koa's food, beverage and entertainment options.
