On 72 oceanfront acres, you will discover tree-lined gardens that feel far removed from the “hustle and bustle” of Waikiki. Our variety of indoor settings and open-air lanais allow you to create the perfect atmosphere for your event. The menus prepared by our chefs offer both island favorites and Pacific Rim creations.

Ceremonies

For couples who wish to conveniently hold their wedding ceremony & reception at one location we offer our beautiful Maile Garden for the ceremony.

Ceremonies for Luncheon Receptions may be held in the morning between 9:30-11:00 a.m.

Maile Tower Gazebo

To renew your wedding vows or for informal ceremonies the Maile Tower Gazebo can be secured for a fee of $50.00.

Additional Services

For your wedding day, our wedding planners can assist with choosing a chaplain, ordering flowers, locating a photographer and deciding on music. Please contact a Catering Representative at 808-955-9607 for more details.

Floral Arrangements
We will be happy to order all flowers that are required for your function, in accordance with your preferences and budget. Prices are determined by the type and size of the arrangements.

Musical Entertainment
We can also arrange entertainment for your function. Simply advise us of your musical preference and we will contract a band or musical group to suit your needs and budget.

Wedding Cakes
Wedding Cakes are available in White, Chocolate, Carrot or Marble flavors. We will gladly provide a beautiful cake top of your choice to adorn your cake.

Wedding Extras

At the Hale Koa Hotel, enjoy convenient parking for your guests just across the street, with a free shuttle to the hotel. For the bride and groom, a parking stall will be reserved in a special area adjacent to the hotel main entrance. Your bridal head table and cake table will be decorated with beautiful lace skirting, and tablecloths, napkins and tapered candles will be coordinated with your color scheme. Receptions with 200 guests or more selecting our Aloha, International or Oriental Buffet will receive a complimentary Ice Carving. And, a complimentary silver cake knife will be provided with every wedding cake order.

From intimate gatherings of 15 to extravagant parties with hundreds of guests, we invite you to plan your party at the beautiful Hale Koa Hotel. Our planning experts can ensure that your function is worry-free, by assisting with every detail from menu selection to entertainment. We have helped our guests celebrate first birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, retirements, reunions, re-enlistments, promotions, hails and farewells, and holidays. Additional Services

Decorated Cakes
Decorated cakes are available in Chocolate, White, Haupia, Guava, Carrot, Dobash, Strawberry, Chantilly and Black Forest. Decoration includes a flower lei or frosting rose design and your choice of inscription. Ask about a special cake design for your party.

Audio-Visual Equipment
With your banquet room, a microphone and podium will be provided. Should you need to rent additional audiovisual equipment, the following is available:

MEETING ROOM RENTAL
Prices vary depending on your choice of set up and time of occupancy. We offer theater or classroom-style set up.

There is also a day rental fee with occupancy that runs from7:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. and a night rental fee withoccupancy that runs from 5:00 p.m. until 12:00 midnight.
