Rooms and Reservations: The maximum number of rooms per sponsor is two. The maximum occupants per room is four. Military sponsors should not reserve additional rooms under their name for eligible military/DoD sponsors. Sponsored guests must be accompanied by the military/DoD sponsor at check-in. The sponsor must reside in the hotel during the same period unless they are stationed on Oahu. A room reserved with multiple sponsors should be reserved based on the highest-ranking person. Reservations are not transferable. We are able to confirm Room Category only. We are unable to confirm a specific tower, or certain room numbers.
Rates: Rates are based on military rank or civilian grade at the time of check-in. If you are a retired military member, your rate will be based on the rank achieved at the time of your retirement. Retired civilian members of the military community will pay the Category III rate. For others associated with the military, i.e. 100% disabled Veterans, Widows, etc. please click here for rate details. Rates are based on single or double occupancy. Add $15 per additional occupant 12 years or older. E1 through E5 sponsored rooms will receive the rate that applies to Category II. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Deposits: To secure your reservation, Hale Koa Hotel requires a deposit equivalent to 1-night of your stay. The credit card provided on your reservation will automatically be charged this deposit.
Cancellation and Modification of Reservations: Hale Koa Hotel has a 30-day cancellation policy. If you choose to change or cancel your reservations, you must contact Hale Koa Hotel at least 30 days prior to your arrival to avoid a forfeiture of your deposit. Amenities: All rooms include refreshment cabinet (not suitable for storing perishables), hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and air conditioning. Due to fire codes, coffee makers, microwaves, hotpots and other electrical appliances are not permitted in guestrooms
