Please join us for a pastry, coffee, tea and fruit juices and short introduction to our hotel at 7:45 a.m. the morning following your arrival daily
except Sundays. We welcome you with music and hula and then share valuable information regarding special events happening during your stay, must-see
sights for first-time visitors, what's new at the Hale Koa and pointers for making the most of your trip. Informative and fun, this briefing gives
you a chance to win door prizes and learn more about the Aloha State.
The Hale Koa is located on 72-acres filled with many tropical and native plants. Many guests remark on the beauty of our grounds and often have
questions about particular Hawaiian plants. If you have (or would like to have) a green thumb, join one of our Hale Koa Landscaping experts for a
free garden tour each Thursday morning. Tour meets in the lobby, near the fountain, at 9 a.m.
Fridays are special at the Hale Koa! Join us in the lobby between 9:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. as local crafters present their art. At 10 a.m., gather for
free hula lessons -- a true Hawaii memory.
Every Friday evening between 7:30 and 8 p.m., enjoy a spectacular fireworks show over the ocean. For the best viewing, enjoy the sunset from our
Barefoot Bar and sip "Hawaii's Best Mai Tais" until the show!
Throughout the year, the Hale Koa also features free concerts by local and visiting military and civilian bands. Please see our Event Calendar
for the next concert at the Hale Koa. Enjoy the entertainment while enjoying one of our special tropical drinks and pupus (appetizers) or pizza
at Bibas, our courtyard restaurant.
